Military Liaison

This is a work-from-home, contract position with productivity bonuses. Compensation will be discussed in the interview phase.

Position Objective

To represent The Major Group in seeking prospective qualified military spouse leads for The Major Group Career Counselor.  You will gather qualified military spouse leads to pass on to your partner Career Counselor who will handle all the enrollment paperwork and work diligently with your referrals to ensure they can make informative decisions to a new career path.

  • To ensure that your community is aware of the MyCAA Grant and The Major Group Training
  • To ensure access to the TMG Career Development Counselor
  • To participate in outreach activities via social media and other means
  • To inform potential eligible military spouses about MyCAA and the online military spouse career training programs
  • To verify eligibility for MyCAA grant
  • To provide eligible military spouse leads to TMG for follow-up

Key Outreach Responsibilities

  • Share social media posts and verify eligibility for MyCAA grant
  • Actively seek leads in various social media outlets and other networking events on base
  • Distribute your business cards and brochures to FRG meetings and around base

 

Admissions Consultant

This is a work-from-home, contract position with productivity bonuses. Compensation will be discussed in the interview phase.

Position Objective

  • To plan and participate in outreach activities via social media and other means to procure potential clients for enrollments in online military spouse career training programs and promotion of employment resources for military spouses.

Key Outreach Responsibilities

  • Represent The Major Group (TMG) in seeking prospective students for TMG partner schools’ MyCAA-approved online training programs
  • Promote partner companies’ employment resources
  • Verify eligibility for MyCAA grant
  • Actively seek potential clients in various social media outlets and other networking atmospheres
  • Update TMG via regular reporting
  • Attend scheduled TMG conference calls

Skill Requirements

  • Excellent writing, grammar, and spelling skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great organizational and research skills

  • Strong social media presence
