Our online information technology programs provide essential training for military spouses looking to develop and improve skills in CompTIA A+, Network and Security. We offer valuable certifications in COMPTIA A+, Network+ and Security+.

Each program trains for and includes at least one national certification and MyCAA military spouse grant funds may provide 100% of the tuition assistance for eligible spouses.

Information Technology (IT) Programs

Computer Technician (CompTIA A+)

The CompTIA A+ online course provides students with the essential skills and technical expertise necessary to install, upgrade, configure, troubleshoot, optimize, repair and perform preventative maintenance on basic personal computer hardware and operating systems. The course is designed to fully prepare students to sit for and pass the CompTIA A+ 220-1001 and 220-1002 certification exams. The exam covers a broad range of hardware and software technologies that is not tied to any specific vendor products.

Computer Support Specialist (CompTIA A+ and Network+)

This online course is designed to fully prepare students to sit for and pass the CompTIA A+ and Network+ certification exams. Students will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, install, operate, and configure basic network infrastructure as well as describe networking technologies, understand basic design principles, adhere to wiring standards, and use testing tools.

Computer Security Technician (CompTIA Network+ and Security+)

This online course prepares students to support the IT infrastructure through installing and configuring systems to secure applications, networks, and devices as well as perform threat analysis and respond with appropriate mitigation techniques. It also prepares students to learn to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, install, operate, and configure basic network infrastructure as well as describe networking technologies, understand basic design principles, adhere to wiring standards, and use testing tools.
